I had the pleasure of visiting this gorgeous mid-century, circa 1961, Colorado Springs Mid-Century Modern home for sale today. The owners did an AMAZING job remodeling this home and restoring it beyond it’s original beauty.
You never know what wonderful things are buried in an older house. This awesome concrete block wall was hidden behind some drywall and the owners did an excellent job accenting it with this lovely 1960’s robin’s egg blue color.
The owners paid wonderful attention to detail- down to leaving the original blender controls in the new kitchen countertop (loving the choice of countertop, too!). I just bought a new blender and had to choose between vitamix vs ninja.
